Digital logic structures can be represented as logic gates or boolean expressions

Transitors

• Logically each transistor acts as a switch
  • Open: No current throw the circuit
  • Closed: Current flows
• Switches can be on/off

Relay

A relay is a switch of a switch.

When a switch connected to a relay fires off the relay itself will be fired off

MOS Transitor

• MOS = Metal Oxide Seiconductor -Two types of MOS:
  • n-type
  • p-type
